CSS plays a big role in web development. When you write css in dreamweaver you end up with a sheet page as I call it with a thin left column.
I noticed on another website a different order and after some searching I found the setting in Dreamweaver.
Adobe Dreamweaver CS4, Click on: Dreamweaver > Preferences > Code Format.
